About Clear Perspectives
Clear Perspectives, LLC is an outpatient family mental health practice in Indianapolis, IN providing psychiatric medication management and therapy services. This practice is owned and operated by board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, Madeline Briere, PMHNP-BC and Sabrina White, PMHNP-BC. Courtney Tharp, PMHNP-BC rounds out our team providing medication management services to our patients. Our nurse practitioner team collaborates with Dr. Jerry Fletcher, a board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 40 years of experience who also serves as our Medical Director. All providers treat patients across the life-span but have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families.
We believe in a person-centered approach and therefore utilize a variety of techniques including psychiatric medication, individual support and lifestyle interventions to present you with a clear perspective of what your treatment plan will look like moving forward.
